These days, the Internet is one of the most important places for my patients to stay in touch, so I want to make sure that they have the best possible experience. And I have to admit, I’m pretty fond of these modern forms of communication myself. (Let’s be honest, how many of us would feel lost without our BlackBerry or iPhone?)
You can keep up with friends online, but relationships can’t be maintained without lunches, girls’ nights out, and other events together. That’s definitely my attitude — not just personally, but professionally too. I thrive on seeing my “beauty ambassadors” regularly, talking with them about events in their lives, and responding in-person to their cosmetic concerns. Still, it’s important to be accessible in a variety of spaces — in person, and online.
My office is beautiful. My patients are beautiful. Shouldn’t my Web site be beautiful too? I provide makeovers for a living, so how could I resist making over my own online presence? I hope you like the new look and the new features that have been added as well.
